They were very patient with showing me all the choices (as I was completely unfamiliar with shades) and even helped me coordinate the color/texture of the shade that I ultimately decided on. I also had some concerns about doing roller shades in the bedroom. The main goal was to completely darken the room, which was not really possible with an inside window mount.
